The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable business growth. This role demands expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategy, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to uncover new opportunities and enhance ad relevance.
- Craft compelling ad copy designed to increase engagement and drive conversions.
- Develop and execute bid strategies that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Apply audience targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting techniques to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor key performance indicators such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and ROAS.
- Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize strategies to improve efficiency and results.
- Collaborate closely with the broader digital marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
- Experience managing e-commerce and lead generation campaigns will be considered an asset.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven success.
- Demonstrated ability to run PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in writing effective ad copy and reporting campaign performance clearly.
