Job Summary
Unity Films Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic and growing digital company based in Rawalpindi, is looking for a talented WordPress & Shopify Developer to join its expanding team. This full-time, on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for a developer who is passionate about building custom websites and delivering exceptional user experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites on both WordPress and Shopify platforms. You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure technical solutions align with business goals, while writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress and Shopify platforms, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly outcomes.
- Create custom themes, plugins, and components tailored to meet specific project requirements and enhance website functionality.
- Develop and improve Shopify storefronts by working with Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Implement API integrations and incorporate third-party tools to extend platform capabilities and improve site features.
- Conduct regular site audits focusing on performance optimization, SEO best practices, and responsiveness across devices.
- Collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that drive results.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following modern development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in WordPress and Shopify development environments.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL database management.
- Hands-on experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
- Solid understanding of Shopify’s Liquid templating system and API structure.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, to manage code efficiently.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques, basic SEO principles, and mobile-first design approaches.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
