Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist to design and execute a robust SEO strategy aimed at boosting our website’s organic traffic, enhancing Google search rankings, and increasing overall online visibility. This role focuses on identifying and resolving current SEO challenges through targeted keyword optimization, technical improvements, and strategic content and backlink initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Perform an in-depth SEO audit to assess the current state of the website’s search engine performance. Conduct detailed keyword research to uncover new growth opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Implement on-page SEO optimizations, including updating meta titles and descriptions, refining website content for relevance and quality, and enhancing internal linking structures to improve crawlability and user navigation.
- Address technical SEO issues such as optimizing site speed, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and resolving indexing problems to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
- Develop and execute an off-page SEO strategy focused on building high-quality backlinks to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- Set up and configure essential tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and gather actionable insights.
- Provide comprehensive monthly reports that outline progress, highlight challenges, and recommend next steps, ensuring transparency and continuous optimization throughout the project.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an SEO specialist with a proven history of successfully improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and platforms, including keyword research tools, analytics software, and performance tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO best practices, with the ability to identify and resolve complex SEO issues.
- Skilled in analyzing website performance data and translating insights into effective, actionable SEO strategies.
