Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team in Karachi. This full-time role involves managing comprehensive PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to optimize campaigns, conduct in-depth research, and work closely with the web team to improve landing page relevance and SEO. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing Google Ads campaigns across various channels such as Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. This includes conducting thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize campaign effectiveness. You will optimize ads, ad extensions, bidding strategies, and budgets to enhance overall performance.

A critical part of your role will be implementing and auditing on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, schema markup, and URL structure. Collaboration with the web team is essential to improve landing page SEO and increase ad relevance, ensuring a seamless user experience.

You will utilize tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Managing conversion tracking, remarketing lists, and custom audiences will also be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will generate detailed reports on campaign results and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and/or YouTube platforms. A strong understanding of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and Quality Score optimization is essential. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation is required.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights are crucial for success in this role. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, along with a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience managing Google Ads or YouTube campaigns.

Experience working with campaigns for eCommerce, lead generation, or local businesses is highly valued. Candidates must be based in Karachi and able to work from our office near Numaish Chowrangi, Quaid Mazar. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays. Please note, this position is open to male candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Google Ads Certification(s) will be considered a strong advantage. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic, able to perform well under pressure, and take a proactive approach to their work.

The salary range for this position is Rs50,000 to Rs120,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills. Applicants should be prepared to discuss their age, residential location within Karachi, any study commitments affecting office hours, availability of personal transport for commuting, and notice period for joining.
