GIFT University is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join its dynamic Marketing Department. Key Responsibilities
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining insightful dashboards that track and evaluate marketing performance metrics. Utilizing tools such as Excel, SPSS, and various data visualization platforms, the analyst will conduct comprehensive data analysis to support marketing campaigns and improve their effectiveness. The role also involves performing detailed market research, including segmentation and competitor benchmarking, to guide strategic planning efforts.

Preparing and presenting detailed reports with actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders is a critical part of this role. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support organizational decision-making processes. Additionally, occasional travel may be required for institutional data collection and presentations, ensuring the university’s marketing strategies are informed by accurate and up-to-date information.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed a minimum of 16 years of education in Statistics, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field. A professional background of 1 to 2 years in data or marketing analysis is essential, with experience in the education sector preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including skills in pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.

Experience with SPSS for statistical analysis is necessary, along with proficiency in dashboard tools such as Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau. A strong understanding of marketing concepts and key performance indicators (KPIs) is crucial to effectively analyze and interpret data. Excellent communication and presentation skills are needed to clearly convey insights to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R programming languages is considered an advantage but is not mandatory. This is a full-time position based in Lahore Johar Town. Candidates should have reliable commuting options or be willing to relocate; a relocation package is offered to support this transition.

The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000. The position requires in-person attendance and occasional travel for data collection and presentations. While experience in the education sector is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.
