Job Summary
Horti Club, a leading horticulture and landscape company based in Multan, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead its marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing plans aimed at increasing brand awareness and expanding the client base within Multan and its surrounding areas. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting at Rs. 50,000, commensurate with experience, and requires a minimum of two years of relevant marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels to effectively promote Horti Club’s landscaping and horticulture services. Managing the company’s brand identity and digital presence is a critical part of the role, including maintaining active engagement on social media platforms to attract and retain customers.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base—including residential and commercial clients, real estate developers, and institutional partners—is essential. The role also involves organizing marketing events, site promotions, and customer engagement activities to drive business growth and enhance market penetration.

Collaboration is key, as the Marketing Manager will work closely with the design, sales, and site teams to ensure marketing strategies align with operational objectives. Additionally, monitoring market trends and competitor activities will help identify new business opportunities and keep the company competitive.

The position also requires managing the marketing budget efficiently and preparing detailed reports for senior management to track campaign performance and ROI.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of two years’ marketing experience is required, preferably within the construction, landscaping, or service sectors. Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and strategic planning expertise are essential.

Proficiency in social media management, Microsoft Office applications, and various marketing tools is necessary to execute campaigns effectively. Familiarity with the Multan market and its surrounding regions will be considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience specifically as a Marketing Manager will be viewed favorably. The role demands a high level of mobility, with willingness to travel extensively—up to 100%—within the region.

The position is primarily on-site in Multan, offering a salary range from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 100,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
