Sr. Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React.js)

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using the Laravel PHP framework. You will be responsible for building dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces leveraging React.js to ensure a seamless user experience. Collaboration is key in this role; you will work alongside designers and developers to deliver high-quality features within project timelines.

Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code across the full technology stack is essential. You will optimize application performance and scalability to support increasing user demands. Active participation in code reviews will help maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.

You will also build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communication between frontend and backend systems. Staying current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in full stack development is expected. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges through effective debugging techniques.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer. Strong backend development skills with Laravel are essential. You must have at least 4 years of experience working with React.js, demonstrating a solid understanding of component-based architecture.

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap is required. Experience with MySQL, including writing optimized and efficient database queries, is necessary. Familiarity with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or similar technologies is expected.

Knowledge of TypeScript and experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) techniques will be advantageous. A practical understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies is also important to thrive in this role.

Job Type and Compensation
This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs350,000. Working onsite provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate closely with the team and contribute directly to the success of projects.
