Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential customers using various sales channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Deliver compelling presentations of products and services, addressing client inquiries and emphasizing key value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals that benefit both the company and clients.
- Convert leads into sales by addressing client concerns and guiding them smoothly through the purchasing process.
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies to drive growth.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare detailed quarterly sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize sales potential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
- Fast learner with a genuine passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time, in-person position based at our showroom display located in DHA Phase 6 Raya, Lahore. The salary range for this role is Rs45,000 to Rs50,000 per month.
