Job Summary
Ordering.pk is looking for dynamic and persuasive Marketing Executives to join our team. This full-time, in-person role focuses on onboarding local businesses and vendors from diverse sectors such as grocery, food, pharmacy, fashion, and electronics onto our multi-vendor e-commerce platform. The successful candidate will engage directly with sellers through on-ground visits, effectively communicating the benefits of our marketplace and facilitating the registration of new vendors. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-ground visits to local businesses and vendors to introduce and promote the Ordering.pk platform.
- Clearly articulate the advantages and unique features of our multi-vendor marketplace to potential sellers, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, registering new sellers across multiple categories including grocery, food, pharmacy, fashion, and electronics.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with local vendors to foster ongoing partnerships and encourage platform loyalty.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets related to vendor acquisition and onboarding efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence local business owners effectively.
- Energetic, self-driven, and proactive in approaching market outreach and vendor engagement.
- Comfortable with frequent face-to-face interactions and on-ground visits as a core part of the role.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and vendor management processes is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time in an in-person capacity.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development, particularly within e-commerce or retail sectors, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and an understanding of vendor needs across different product categories will be advantageous.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
