Job Summary
NexaQuanta, a London-based leader in AI-powered business transformation, is seeking a full-time Agile Product Owner to join its Lahore team. This role is pivotal in driving the development and delivery of innovative AI-driven solutions. The Agile Product Owner will work closely with AI Business Strategists, Architects, and Software Developers to define and prioritize product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure the successful release of high-quality AI products. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the Product Manager, Head of Product, and other stakeholders, is essential to facilitate smooth project execution and promptly resolve any blockers. A strong technical background, particularly in APIs, data transfer methods, and third-party system integrations, is required to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities
The Agile Product Owner will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to create a shared understanding of objectives and priorities for the Scrum team. Leading the Scrum team, the Product Owner will ensure tasks are clearly defined and ready for each sprint. Planning and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with the overall product roadmap is a critical responsibility. The role involves close partnership with the Product Manager to bridge long-term strategic planning with near-term delivery feasibility.

Developing and prioritizing user stories and epics that align with business goals and quality standards is essential. The Product Owner will define acceptance criteria and break down deliverables into actionable user stories. Managing detailed release plans, setting delivery expectations, and maintaining comprehensive documentation are key to successful product launches. Proactively identifying and mitigating blockers to ensure sprint success is expected. Staying current with Agile and Scrum best practices and industry trends will support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience as an Agile Product Owner and Technical Business Analyst within complex Agile environments. Proven expertise in identifying and documenting business requirements and managing software project delivery using Agile methodologies is essential. Experience in designing and implementing business processes and translating business needs into technical specifications is required.

A deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience delivering SaaS, web, and mobile applications, is necessary. Proficiency in JIRA for Agile project management, including creating and managing Epics, Stories, and Tasks, is expected. Candidates should have practical experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle, strong data-driven prioritization skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital, along with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and punctuality are important. The ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of mobile app development platforms such as iOS, Android, and React Native is highly desirable. Experience in the automotive software industry is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with tools like Productboard, Confluence, and Figma will be advantageous. An understanding of AI technologies and principles will further strengthen a candidate’s profile.
