Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to both existing and potential clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs through effective communication and offering tailored solutions that add value. This position requires regular travel to various locations, fostering strong client relationships, and keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell and promote products to current customers as well as new prospects.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis and cost-benefit evaluations to recommend the most suitable products for clients.
- Build and maintain long-lasting, positive business relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor competitor sales activities and market trends, providing timely reports to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to cover assigned territories and meet sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum education level of Matriculation or Intermediate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills, especially while traveling and working remotely.
