Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team in Rawalpindi. Key Responsibilities
The Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial records and reports that support informed business decisions. You will monitor daily financial transactions, perform bank reconciliations, and oversee accounts management to ensure accuracy. Managing tax-related matters is a critical part of this role, including compliance with sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax regulations.
You will also support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and submitted on time. Coordination with tax consultants and regulatory authorities will be necessary to maintain compliance and resolve any tax-related issues. Additionally, you will ensure timely payment cycles and maintain comprehensive and accurate financial documentation to support the organization’s financial health.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting & Finance, MBA, M.Com, or possess partial professional qualifications such as CA or ICMA. Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential, with strong skills in Excel being particularly important for managing financial data effectively.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in environments related to CA or CMA firms. This experience will help you navigate the complexities of tax compliance and financial reporting with confidence.

Experience working within a CA or CMA firm is highly desirable, as it provides valuable exposure to industry best practices and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Rawalpindi, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
