Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Shah Alam office. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in sales, particularly in managing wholesale and B2B retail accounts. The primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, timely delivery, and consistent stock availability. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving growth within key accounts, and implementing trade promotions to boost product visibility in stores. Close collaboration with supply chain and distribution teams is crucial, as is staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Promptly addressing client concerns is essential to fostering long-term partnerships. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000, complemented by an uncapped incentive scheme.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and B2B retail clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the entire order process, from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely execution and availability of stock to meet client demands.
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business by expanding key accounts.
- Plan and execute trade promotions aimed at increasing in-store product visibility and driving sales.
- Work closely with supply chain and distribution teams to coordinate logistics and inventory management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to inform sales strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- At least one year of experience in sales and account management is preferred.
- Proven track record in sales is essential for consideration.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite at the Shah Alam office.
