Job Summary
SolutionsLoft is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer (female) with up to six months of experience to join our dynamic team in Johar Town, Lahore. This full-time, office-based position is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing technology company specializing in AI and software development. Key Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer at SolutionsLoft, you will be responsible for conducting thorough manual testing of both web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and usability standards. You will identify, document, and track bugs meticulously, helping the development team resolve issues efficiently. Collaborating closely with developers, you will maintain high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your role will also involve preparing and updating detailed test cases, test plans, and comprehensive test reports. Active participation in sprint reviews and daily stand-ups is expected, where you will provide valuable feedback from a testing perspective. Ensuring that applications meet both functional requirements and UI/UX guidelines will be a key part of your responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Up to six months of relevant experience in QA or software testing is required; this can include internships, freelance assignments, or project-based work. A foundational understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes is essential.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify issues and contribute to solutions effectively. Attention to detail is critical, along with excellent communication skills to clearly document findings and collaborate with team members. Above all, candidates must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within a technology-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira or Trello will be considered an advantage. A basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is also beneficial. While not mandatory, exposure to fundamental automation testing concepts will be a plus.
