Job Summary

We are currently seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on accounting experience and demonstrate strong skills in financial reporting, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and general accounting duties. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks, including:
- Conducting bank reconciliations on a monthly basis and every 10 days to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Recording daily sales transactions with precision to maintain up-to-date financial data.
- Processing payroll semi-monthly, including calculating and processing bonuses on a monthly schedule.
- Preparing financial reports every 10 days to provide timely insights into the company’s financial status.
- Performing monthly cash reconciliations to verify cash flow and balances.
- Assisting with tax preparation and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable efficiently to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Maintaining the general ledger and supporting financial audits as required.
- Handling additional finance-related duties as assigned to support the finance team and overall company objectives.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years’ experience in accounting or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, payroll processes, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially when working with large datasets.
- Experience in automating repetitive accounting tasks and organizing data for streamlined reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, located at R 30, DHA Phase 8 - Ex Air Avenue Block R. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary offered is PKR 45,000 per month, with an additional travel allowance of PKR 5,000. After a probationary period of three months, there is potential for a performance-based salary increment ranging from PKR 5,000 to PKR 10,000. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lahore prior to starting. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
