Job Summary
We are looking for a committed and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. The successful candidate will primarily provide remote troubleshooting and customer support for clients based in the UK, while also supporting customers in the US, Canada, and Australia. This role requires managing support tickets, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, performing software installations, and delivering training when necessary. Close collaboration with the Product Development team is vital to ensure swift resolution of technical issues. Additionally, the role involves diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software faults, assisting prospects and customers in overcoming technical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers across multiple regions, with a primary focus on the UK market.
- Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Handle customer queries through phone calls and emails, providing clear guidance and assistance.
- Conduct software installations and offer training sessions to help customers maximize software use.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to communicate and resolve technical problems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults to maintain smooth system functionality.
- Assist prospects and existing customers in addressing technical challenges and inquiries, enhancing their overall experience.

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is mandatory.
- Proven experience or solid knowledge in software support or related software roles.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with communication skills above average.
- An extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Good analytical and creative thinking abilities to approach problems innovatively.
- Motivational skills to encourage positive interactions and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous experience in a technical support role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of networks, databases, GPRS, GPS, and VoIP systems is strongly preferred.
- Competitive monthly salary offered between 80,000 and 90,000.
