Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven telesales professional to join the Corporate Sales team at Sports Pavilion. This role focuses on making outbound calls to corporate clients, event planners, and potential leads to promote our versatile event facilities. The successful candidate will provide customized event solutions tailored to a wide range of occasions, including birthday parties, weddings, corporate meetings, and special events. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships is essential, alongside consistently achieving monthly sales targets to support the growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telesales calls targeting prospective corporate clients and event planners to showcase Sports Pavilion’s event venues and services.
- Offer personalized event solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients, covering occasions such as birthday celebrations, marriage ceremonies, corporate gatherings, and other special events.
- Establish and nurture lasting client relationships through regular follow-ups and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the expansion and profitability of the Corporate Sales department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM software to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the Events, Banquet, and Operations teams to guarantee smooth coordination and execution of all booked events, ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales or event sales, with a proven ability to conduct successful outbound telesales campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in developing and sustaining strong, long-term client relationships over at least two years.
- Intermediate level of education is preferred to effectively communicate and understand client needs.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the designated work location.
