Job Summary
Hashtag Media, a vibrant digital content production company located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, is looking to hire a charismatic and camera-friendly Female Model & Reaction Artist for a full-time, onsite role. The ideal candidate will appear on camera to deliver natural, engaging, and humorous reactions to viral and curated video clips. This role is crucial in creating a strong emotional connection with a diverse, global audience. Fluency in English with a clear British or American accent is essential, along with a confident and expressive screen presence. The position requires working Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with reliable commuting or relocation to Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-camera reactions that are natural, expressive, and entertaining, responding to a wide range of viral videos designed to appeal to international viewers.
- Maintain a strong and authentic screen presence, ensuring emotional genuineness in every reaction segment.
- Communicate fluently in English, using a clear British or American accent during all recordings.
- Exhibit vibrant energy and confidence on screen to maximize viewer engagement and connection.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to regularly produce reaction content that aligns with current trends.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maintain a positive attitude both on and off camera, contributing to a productive work environment.

- Excellent command of English with a clear British or American accent is mandatory.
- A camera-friendly appearance paired with confidence and expressiveness on screen.
- A fun, engaging personality capable of performing naturally and spontaneously in front of the camera.
