Job Summary
We are looking for a committed Recovery Officer to join our team based in DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercial. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing overdue payments by maintaining consistent communication with clients, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring collections are made promptly. This position demands close coordination with the sales and finance departments to verify documentation and transaction histories. The role is full-time and on-site, offering a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities
The Recovery Officer will be responsible for following up with clients regarding overdue payments through regular phone calls and emails. Negotiating repayment plans to facilitate timely collections is a key part of the role. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities and data is essential to track progress and ensure accountability. The officer must consistently meet or exceed assigned recovery targets to support the company’s financial health. Additionally, close collaboration with the sales and finance teams is required to verify relevant documents and transaction histories, ensuring accuracy and transparency in the recovery process.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related discipline. A minimum of one year of experience in recovery or collections is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the processes involved. Strong communication and negotiation skills are critical to effectively manage client interactions and resolve outstanding payments. Proficiency in MS Office applications is necessary, along with a solid understanding of recovery procedures. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet collection targets is essential for success in this role.
