CronySoft is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closing deals—and providing exceptional after-sales support. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Negotiation: You will oversee the complete sales process, identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals with professionalism and efficiency. Negotiating terms that satisfy both client needs and company objectives will be a critical part of your role.
Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with current and prospective clients is essential. You will need to understand their business goals deeply and customize our offerings to meet those needs effectively.
After-Sales Support: Providing outstanding post-sale service is key to fostering client loyalty. You will address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure ongoing satisfaction and strengthen partnerships.
Client Acquisition: You will design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at attracting new clients and expanding CronySoft’s market presence. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Sales Executive, ideally within the IT or retail software industries.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals successfully.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and respond proactively to client needs.
- A results-driven approach with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
