Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Travel Ad Specialist with advanced expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ad Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts within the travel and tourism sector. Key Responsibilities
The Travel Ad Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and continuously optimizing digital advertising campaigns focused on the travel industry. You will manage and monitor campaigns across Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness. Developing audience targeting strategies based on traveler behaviors and demographics will be a critical part of your role.
You will work closely with creative and content teams to align ad copy and visuals with overall campaign objectives. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, with a focus on delivering actionable insights that improve results. Conducting A/B testing on creatives, placements, and bidding strategies will help maximize campaign effectiveness.
Staying up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices specific to travel marketing is vital. Additionally, you will be responsible for optimizing advertising spend to maximize bookings, leads, and overall engagement, ensuring a strong return on investment.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ad Manager. Proven success running campaigns within the travel or hospitality industry is essential. A solid understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and retargeting techniques is required to effectively target and convert travel audiences.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio is necessary to monitor and interpret campaign performance. Excellent communication skills are required to clearly present campaign results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
Certification in Google Ads or related platforms is considered an advantage and will strengthen your application.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with Meta Ads Manager alongside Online Travel Agent platforms such as Expedia and Booking.com is highly desirable.
