Job Summary
A reputable chemical manufacturing company based in Karachi is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Tax Specialist to manage all taxation-related activities, with a strong emphasis on the manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing invoicing, delivery orders, inventory management, and client payment coordination. This position demands a professional who can ensure smooth backend operations and provide timely, accurate reports to management. Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and manage invoices, delivery orders, and inventory records to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with clients to facilitate timely payments and generate aging reports to monitor outstanding balances.
- Maintain and analyze data using MS Excel, leveraging advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering to ensure precise reporting.
- Collaborate closely with various internal departments to guarantee seamless backend operations and clear communication channels.
- Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records to ensure data integrity.
- Provide management with timely and comprehensive reports on operational status and client payment coordination activities.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering, is mandatory.
- Experience working with Busy Accounting Software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage interactions with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Ability to manage a demanding workload while consistently meeting deadlines.

- The company offers a competitive monthly salary package ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs65,000.
