Sales Trainee

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Trainee to join our dynamic software company based in Caesar’s Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. This full-time role operates on a night shift schedule from 6 pm to 3 am, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or advance their careers in client-facing roles within the IT industry. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Trainee will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth client interactions. Key duties include:
- Providing sales support and assistance to existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assisting the sales team with follow-ups and various administrative tasks to streamline sales processes.
- Maintaining accurate sales logs and managing front desk documentation to support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 6 pm to 3 am, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A minimum education level of O Level or Bachelor’s degree, ensuring a solid academic foundation.
