Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
- Implement precise audience targeting and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign reach and engagement.
- Create compelling and persuasive ad copy tailored to various audience segments to boost conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting targeting, creative elements, and bidding strategies to improve ROI and overall effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, with a solid understanding of its tools and functionalities.
- Strong expertise in audience targeting and retargeting methods to enhance campaign precision.
- Ability to write engaging and persuasive ad copy that resonates with diverse target audiences.
- Experience in analyzing campaign data and generating comprehensive performance reports.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics to achieve better results.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A minimum of six months’ experience in Facebook marketing is preferred; however, candidates with strong skills and a keen willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000.
