We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead agile software development initiatives using the Scrum framework. This role demands a blend of strong project management skills, deep agile methodology expertise, and solid business domain knowledge. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee project scope, budget, and timelines in accordance with agile principles, working closely with the project manager to ensure alignment.
- Monitor project progress continuously, anticipating and mitigating risks or obstacles proactively.
- Mentor and coach team members on agile and Scrum best practices, promoting a self-organizing and collaborative culture.
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring productive and focused sessions.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and product owners to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Implement agile and Scrum processes efficiently, balancing flexibility with necessary structure to optimize delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint plans, and release notes to support clarity and traceability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, progress, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to understand technical challenges, identify solutions, and support informed decision-making.
- Engage in end-to-end testing activities to identify issues early and ensure quality before sprint completion.
- Identify, document, and report issues throughout the development lifecycle to facilitate timely resolution.
- Draft test cases and maintain a repository of testing documentation to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or an equivalent agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master within Agile software development environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and Lean methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities, capable of guiding teams through conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
- Proficient in Agile and Scrum metrics, with experience leveraging them to track and improve team performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ability to nurture a collaborative, inclusive team culture that fosters trust, respect, and accountability.
- Experience applying Agile engineering practices and tools such as continuous integration, test-driven development, and automated testing.
- Adaptability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Agile trends and best practices.
- Deep understanding of business domains and user needs to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
