Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing standalone Flutter apps that go beyond simple front-end API integrations. Additionally, working knowledge of Python—preferably for backend services, automation, or data processing—is highly desirable. This role provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and user-centric mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, focusing on standalone apps that incorporate integrated business logic, local storage, and offline capabilities. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to implement features that meet high standards of quality and performance. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code with an emphasis on user experience is essential.

You will also integrate Flutter applications with Python-based backends or services as required, working with RESTful APIs and understanding the full application lifecycle from backend to frontend. Active participation in code reviews and team meetings is expected, where you will contribute innovative ideas and solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for debugging, troubleshooting, optimizing app performance, and ensuring security and stability. Implementing unit and integration testing to maintain code quality is a key part of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Flutter and Dart. A proven track record of building and deploying standalone mobile applications with offline-first and device-native features is essential. You should have a solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and app distribution processes for both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Experience with Python frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django, or involvement in scripting and automation tasks, is required. Strong knowledge of state management techniques like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod is necessary. Familiarity with integrating databases such as SQLite, Hive, Firebase, or working with REST APIs is expected. Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in backend development using Python frameworks like FastAPI or Django is a plus. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows will be advantageous. Knowledge of testing frameworks for both Flutter and Python environments is preferred, along with an understanding of data serialization formats such as JSON and protobuf. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Firebase is beneficial.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 4 years of experience as a Flutter Developer. Proficiency in English is preferred. The role requires in-person attendance. The salary range offered is Rs100,000 to Rs200,000 per month, commensurate with experience and expertise.
