Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Business Intelligence professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relational database management systems (RDBMS), SQL, and data analytics, along with proven expertise in developing and managing dashboards and reports using Tableau. This full-time, on-site position requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze complex data sets, forecast trends, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic business decisions. Candidates must be proficient in both English and Arabic and either reside in Karachi or be willing to relocate before starting.

Key Responsibilities
Developing, managing, and optimizing dashboards and reports using Tableau will be central to this role, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will write and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to efficiently extract and manipulate data. The role also involves working with SQL Server tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) to perform data integration, reporting, and analysis tasks.

You will analyze both historical and current data to identify trends and generate insights that drive strategic initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand data requirements and deliver effective business intelligence solutions. Additionally, you will engage in data modeling, data mapping, and data visualization to improve data architecture and usability.

Supporting data migration projects and ensuring seamless Tableau integration and extension implementations are also key responsibilities. Maintaining and improving data quality and consistency across various platforms and tools will be an ongoing priority.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or a related field. A deep understanding of RDBMS and strong command of SQL are essential. Extensive experience with Tableau for dashboard development and report management is required.

Proficiency with SQL Server tools, including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS, is necessary to handle data integration and reporting tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills are critical, with the ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights that support business goals.

A solid grasp of data architecture, data modeling, data mapping, and data visualization techniques is expected. Hands-on experience with Excel, PL/SQL, ETL processes, and the Tableau platform is also important. Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory to facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Candidates must be willing and able to work on-site in Karachi, with reliable commuting options or relocation plans in place prior to joining.
