Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating your team to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. You will continuously monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and service quality. Identifying training needs within the team is a critical part of your role, as you will organize and facilitate relevant training sessions to ensure ongoing development aligned with industry best practices.
You will oversee daily operations, streamline workflows, and enforce strict adherence to company policies and protocols to maximize operational efficiency. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will address any concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, you will prepare and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Maintaining a positive and productive work environment is essential; therefore, you will proactively resolve any team conflicts or issues. Ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead within a BPO or a related customer service environment. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently while working under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is required to support daily operations and reporting.
