Job Summary
Nestlé is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Affairs Manager to join its team in Lahore, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities

A significant part of the role involves promoting and overseeing preventive law programs designed to minimize potential legal issues before they arise. Managing the Legal Assist platform is another key duty, ensuring that legal support services are streamlined and accessible. The manager will lead the entire contract lifecycle process—from creation and review to compliance monitoring—ensuring all contracts meet legal standards and organizational policies.
To enhance legal awareness within the company, the manager will design and conduct training sessions on essential legal topics. Additionally, they will assist in monitoring ongoing litigation matters, providing timely updates and strategic legal advice as needed.
Leading compliance programs and managing legal aspects related to business-to-business (B2B) engagements and other strategic initiatives will also fall under this role’s responsibilities. This ensures that all legal requirements are met and that the company’s interests are protected in all external dealings.
Required Qualifications
