Job Summary
NIVEA India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed and dynamic professional to join as a Key Accounts Officer based in Hyderabad. This full-time, permanent role focuses on managing key modern trade accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies. The position demands close coordination with internal teams and Key Account Managers to strengthen and expand the company’s footprint across major retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
The Key Accounts Officer will be responsible for implementing all approved sales and marketing schemes as discussed during monthly review meetings. A critical part of the role is to control and maximize dominant shelf space within key accounts to boost product visibility and drive sales growth.
Leading and managing a team of merchandisers and promoters is essential to ensure smooth operations at retail points. The officer will also be tasked with documenting outlet expenses monthly, including damages, trade schemes, promotional activities, and visibility costs, ensuring full compliance for audit purposes.
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date database of all modern trade outlets is vital, covering administrative, commercial, and business details. The role involves developing and coordinating a regular monthly journey plan for regional modern trade personnel in collaboration with the Key Account Manager.
Handling key accounts such as Dmart, Lulu, Vijetha, Ratnadeep, and Reliance is a core responsibility, requiring the officer to nurture strong business relationships and consistently drive sales growth.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline. A degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ sales experience specifically within modern trade in the Hyderabad territory. This role reports directly to the Key Accounts Manager, requiring effective communication and reporting skills.
