Job Summary
Beiersdorf is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to manage key accounts within the Modern Trade sector in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth through the effective execution of marketing and sales promotional activities. The successful candidate will maintain strong relationships with major retail partners and lead a team to maximize shelf space and product visibility. Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for implementing all approved marketing and sales schemes and promotional activities, ensuring alignment with monthly review discussions. A critical part of the role involves controlling and optimizing dominant shelf space within key accounts to boost product visibility and sales performance.

Leadership is essential, as the role requires managing a team of merchandisers and promoters to meet sales targets while maintaining brand standards. Accurate documentation of outlet expenses—including damages, trade schemes, promotional costs, and visibility expenses—must be maintained monthly for audit purposes.

Maintaining a detailed and up-to-date database of all Modern Trade outlets is also required, covering administrative, commercial, and business information. Collaboration with the Key Account Manager (KAM) is necessary to plan and execute a regular monthly journey plan for regional modern trade personnel.

The role involves handling key accounts such as Dmart, Lulu, Vijetha, Ratnadeep, Reliance, and others, ensuring strong partnerships and consistent business growth.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a graduate degree in any discipline. A minimum of two years’ experience in sales within the Modern Trade sector, specifically in Hyderabad, is essential. Proven capability in managing key accounts and leading a team effectively is required. Strong organizational skills, especially in documentation and database management, are critical for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A degree or diploma in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. The Key Accounts Officer will report directly to the Key Accounts Manager, providing clear lines of communication and support.
