Job Summary
We are looking for a talented WordPress Developer to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our company website to ensure it remains current and aligned with our marketing objectives. This position requires close collaboration with the Marketing Director to support various digital campaigns. We seek a proactive individual who can independently manage tasks and consistently meet deadlines. Flexible working hours are provided to facilitate seamless remote teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize the company website primarily using WordPress, with a preference for experience in Elementor or similar page builders. You will be responsible for regularly updating off-plan project pages by adding multimedia content such as images, videos, brochures, pricing details, and payment plans to keep the site content fresh and accurate.

You will also build and automate lead capture funnels integrated with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, and Zapier, enhancing lead generation and management processes. Supporting Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube platforms is part of the role, along with assisting social media marketing efforts.

Implementing SEO best practices and optimizing website speed to improve search engine rankings and user experience is essential. Close collaboration with the Marketing Director is required to ensure digital campaign support aligns with overall marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have between 1 to 3+ years of experience in WordPress development, with strong preference given to those skilled in Elementor. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary for effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Experience in building and automating CRM funnels using tools such as HubSpot and Zapier is required. A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO principles is important to support website customization and optimization tasks.

The ability to work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet deadlines in a remote work environment is essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. This position offers full remote work flexibility with adaptable working hours to support a healthy work-life balance.
