Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in supporting Organizational Development (OD) and Human Resources functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of OD programs, employee engagement initiatives, performance management activities, and training coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness through data analysis, event management, and clear communication of policies. This position is ideal for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support OD Programs:
Assist in the planning and execution of various OD projects, including employee engagement surveys, culture-building initiatives, and change management efforts. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to organizational effectiveness, providing actionable insights that support decision-making.

Employee Engagement:
Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and events aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. Work closely with different teams to encourage participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by tracking employee goals and assisting with the preparation of evaluation documentation. Maintain accurate records of performance data and generate reports to help monitor progress and outcomes.

Training & Development:
Coordinate training programs such as induction sessions for new hires and skill development workshops. Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure they meet organizational goals.

HR Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, including attrition rates and employee engagement levels. Utilize tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Management Systems (HRMS) to analyze data and present insights in a clear and concise manner.

Policy Implementation & Communication:
Ensure that HR and OD policies are effectively communicated throughout the organization and adhered to by all employees. Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with company standards and support policy-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
- Solid understanding of HR and OD principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Internship or academic project experience in Organizational Development is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
