Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager with expertise in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) for Industrial Solar Renewable Energy projects to join our team at the Lahore office. The successful candidate will spearhead sales initiatives focused on industrial solar projects, driving business growth and consistently achieving revenue targets. This role demands a strategic and proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will lead all sales efforts related to industrial solar projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall growth objectives. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the industrial solar energy sector. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers is essential to success in this role. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process end-to-end, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Collaboration with internal teams is critical to ensure that project delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. Additionally, the Sales Manager will continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of five years of proven sales experience in the solar energy or broader renewable energy sectors is required. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of sales success, including experience leading sales teams.

A strong professional network and established relationships within the solar energy industry are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are required to effectively manage client relationships and internal coordination. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is also crucial.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and related technologies is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with energy policies, regulations, and incentive programs relevant to the solar industry will further strengthen the candidate’s profile.

This is a full-time position based in Lahore, offering a competitive salary of up to Rs350,000 per month. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Lahore or be willing to relocate before starting employment.
