We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Entry Specialist to support and strengthen our lead generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
You will conduct thorough research on potential leads using a variety of online resources such as Google, LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories. This involves identifying and collecting key data points including company names, contact information, email addresses, phone numbers, and any relevant notes that can assist the sales process. Accuracy and consistency in data entry are paramount; you will ensure that all information is correctly formatted and free from errors.

Maintaining and regularly updating existing lead databases will be a critical part of your role to ensure the information remains current and useful. You will also collaborate closely with team members to refine lead criteria and improve the overall quality of data collected. Meeting daily and weekly productivity targets will be essential to support the team’s objectives and maintain a steady flow of qualified leads.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in data entry or lead generation roles, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems is highly advantageous, as is proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
