Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to design and build robust, scalable web applications with a strong emphasis on integrating AI and machine learning models. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to deploy AI-powered features that deliver high performance and maintainability. This is a full-time remote role offering a competitive monthly salary, ideal for professionals passionate about merging web development with advanced AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for integrating AI and machine learning models, including natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems, either through APIs or custom scripts. Close collaboration with Data Scientists and ML Engineers is essential to deploy these AI models effectively in production environments.

Optimize the performance and scalability of AI-driven features to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. You will also build reusable front-end components and libraries to support ongoing and future development efforts. Implement RESTful APIs and microservices that facilitate smooth AI workflows and data exchange.

Adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance is critical. You will maintain comprehensive documentation covering system architecture, integration logic, and deployment procedures to ensure clarity and ease of maintenance.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 3 to 5+ years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB. Experience integrating Python-based AI/ML models using frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is essential.

Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming techniques is required. Familiarity with AI/ML deployment practices, including containerization with Docker, API wrapping, and cloud deployment strategies, is necessary to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model integration and performance bottlenecks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a significant advantage. Knowledge of prompt engineering and working with large language model APIs such as OpenAI, Cohere, or HuggingFace will be highly valued.
