Job Summary
Zera Creative is looking for a passionate and imaginative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our energetic team in Karachi. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain practical experience in digital marketing and social media management within a fast-paced and innovative setting. The position is on-site, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and weekends off. Successful interns may have the chance to transition into a full-time role based on their performance and contribution.

Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Your role will involve creating engaging content such as posts, reels, and stories that resonate with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives. You will monitor social media channels to identify emerging trends, gather insights, and explore new opportunities to boost audience engagement.

Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling, publishing, and managing daily content using relevant social media management tools. Collaboration with the creative team is essential to produce compelling graphic and video content that supports marketing campaigns. You will also track key performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth to help optimize future strategies. Staying updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes will be crucial to maintaining an effective content approach.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related discipline. A strong understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities is essential. We seek individuals with a creative mindset and effective written and verbal communication skills. Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Photoshop is advantageous but not mandatory. Above all, candidates must demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn and contribute positively to the team’s goals.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This internship offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced marketing team within a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Interns will receive mentorship and professional development through hands-on involvement in real-time marketing campaigns, gaining valuable industry insights. A monthly stipend ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs15,000 will be provided, commensurate with performance. The role is full-time and requires in-person attendance at our Karachi office.
