Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced sales professional to lead the development and expansion of overseas markets within the paper industry. This full-time remote role focuses on achieving sales targets through strategic planning, cultivating new customer relationships, and maintaining existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, enabling them to craft effective sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves providing technical support, coordinating cross-departmental efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through comprehensive order management and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute overseas market sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding annual sales targets. The successful candidate will identify and acquire new customers through various channels, including online platforms, industry exhibitions, and direct visits. Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients is crucial to increasing market share and driving sustained growth.

Analyze trends within the overseas paper industry and monitor competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Providing technical support and promoting paper auxiliary products to customers will be an integral part of the role, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and solutions tailored to their requirements.

Maintain detailed customer files and conduct regular follow-ups to stay aligned with evolving customer demands. Oversee the entire order process, including execution, logistics tracking, and after-sales service, to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.

Coordinate resources across departments such as production, logistics, and legal to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Manage receivables and mitigate financial risks by working closely with relevant teams. Additionally, prepare and submit regular sales reports, market analyses, and competitor updates to inform strategic decision-making and support business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in chemical engineering, international trade, marketing, or a related discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in overseas sales is required, with a strong preference for those familiar with the paper industry or chemical product sales, including paper additives and related chemicals.

Proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to independently conduct business negotiations, prepare technical documentation, and communicate effectively with international customers.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
