Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing basic accounting duties that support accurate financial record-keeping. This includes managing data entry tasks and maintaining precise records to ensure information integrity. You will organize and schedule meetings and appointments, optimizing time management for the team. Promptly finalizing and distributing correspondence in a professional manner is also essential.
Additionally, you will oversee the management of files, databases, and documentation, ensuring they are secure and easily retrievable when needed. Maintaining and updating client portfolios with meticulous attention to detail will be a key part of your role. You will coordinate office procedures and carry out related administrative tasks designed to enhance overall workflow.
Responding to inquiries received via email, telephone, or face-to-face interactions in a courteous and timely fashion will be a regular part of your duties. Furthermore, you will supervise and oversee the work of subordinate staff members to maintain productivity and uphold quality standards within the office.

Job Type and Salary
This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000.00 to Rs50,000.00.
