Job Summary
Kontact Group, a global leader specializing in E-Book Writing and Online Reputation Management (ORM), is seeking a skilled Sales Closer to join its fully remote team. This full-time role operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time, focusing on clients based in Canada, North America, and Australia. The company caters to international entrepreneurs, motivational speakers, and public figures by delivering premium ghostwriting and digital reputation services tailored to each client’s unique objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in international sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound qualified leads generated by the marketing and outreach teams.
- Conduct client meetings through voice or video calls to assess their needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Clearly and professionally present Kontact Group’s service offerings to prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client communications and information using CRM software.
- Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding once sales are closed.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with company services and industry trends to effectively respond to client questions and concerns.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in international sales, specifically targeting North American, Canadian, or Australian markets.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and managing a sales pipeline efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Ability to conduct professional sales conversations and follow up promptly.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts while maintaining high productivity in a remote work setting.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
