Located in G-8 Markaz, Islamabad, this full-time onsite role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join a forward-thinking, tech-driven company dedicated to delivering innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused campaigns, particularly on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms. This role is pivotal in driving measurable business outcomes through strategic campaign management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This includes Google Ads channels such as Search, Display, and Shopping, as well as Facebook Ads with a focus on lead generation, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies.

A critical part of the role involves conducting comprehensive keyword research, segmenting target audiences, performing A/B testing, and continuously monitoring campaign performance to maximize effectiveness. Daily oversight of campaigns is essential, with real-time adjustments implemented to improve return on investment (ROI).

The specialist will also develop and present detailed analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices is necessary to maintain a competitive edge.

Collaboration is key; the role requires working closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure that ad creatives and landing pages are fully optimized for conversions and aligned with campaign goals.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ proven experience in managing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. Expertise in Google Ads is essential, covering Search, Display, Remarketing, and Shopping campaigns.

Proficiency in Facebook/Meta Ads management is required, including lead generation, sales campaigns, retargeting, and custom audience creation. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup is critical for accurate performance measurement.

The ability to design, analyze, and interpret campaign reports to extract actionable insights is a must. A solid understanding of basic SEO principles and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques is expected.

Candidates should also be familiar with key performance indicators such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through Rate (CTR), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads platforms will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SimilarWeb is a plus.

Basic knowledge of content marketing and email marketing automation will further enhance a candidate’s suitability.
