Job Summary
CBa is looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the technology sector and a proven ability to source, attract, and hire exceptional technical talent. This role requires close partnership with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fulfill the company’s technical hiring demands efficiently while ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter at CBa, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical roles, including Software Developers, Data Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and more. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to fully understand job requirements and define the competencies necessary for each role.
Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and technology communities. You will screen and shortlist candidates by evaluating both their technical expertise and cultural fit within the organization.
Coordinating interview schedules and gathering feedback from interview panels will be a critical part of your role. Maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is essential to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
You will also be responsible for managing offer negotiations and facilitating the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company. Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates will be key to meeting ongoing hiring needs. Throughout the recruitment lifecycle, you will uphold a positive candidate experience, reflecting the company’s values and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline. You should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within fintech, technology, or software industries.
A solid understanding of IT roles and relevant technologies is crucial to effectively assess candidate qualifications. Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, various job boards, and Boolean search techniques is expected.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and perform well in a fast-paced environment is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
