Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies aimed at driving sales within IT services, staff augmentation, and software development sectors. You will identify and engage prospective clients primarily through freelancing and outsourcing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Clutch.
Managing client relationships will be a core part of your role, including negotiating contracts and presenting service offerings persuasively to secure new projects. You will leverage personal sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach resources to track leads and streamline sales activities.
This position requires strategic thinking to uncover market opportunities while maintaining a hands-on approach to executing sales initiatives. You will work independently with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a proven track record in business development or sales within the IT services, staff augmentation, or software development industries. Familiarity with freelancing and outsourcing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Clutch is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, remote position offering a base salary in the range of Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000 per month. On top of the base salary, commissions will be awarded based on performance, with specific commission slabs to be discussed during the interview process.
