Job Summary
A well-established Karachi-based beauty brand specializing in hair care and skin care products is looking for a dedicated female Chat Support and Order Delivery Executive to join their customer service team. This role begins with a mandatory onsite interview at the company’s office located in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. The first 15 days will serve as a paid trial period, with working hours from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. This opportunity is exclusively available to candidates residing in Karachi. Upon successful completion of the trial, the position will transition into a full-time work-from-home role. The company operates from Al Murtaza Commercial, DHA Phase 8, and values a professional, result-driven approach in its customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, and the company’s e-commerce website.
- Manage the entire order life-cycle, ensuring smooth processing from order placement through to delivery.
- Convert customer queries into successful sales by providing accurate information and persuasive assistance.
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness and professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Work full-time, Monday through Sunday, with some flexibility allowing for a few hours off during the night.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are essential.
- Strong customer handling abilities with a persuasive and proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing role that demands responsiveness and professionalism.
