Job Summary
SEEE Technologies, a leading renewable energy company committed to providing reliable and sustainable solar solutions, is looking for a dedicated and punctual Solar Sales Specialist to join its team in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, commission, and performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, sales-oriented, and possess strong communication skills along with a solid understanding of solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
The Solar Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging clients through direct meetings to clearly and confidently present solar energy solutions tailored to their needs. Conducting thorough site surveys is essential to assess the client’s energy requirements and recommend the most effective solar systems. The role involves actively generating leads via field visits, online platforms, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.

Preparing and delivering customized solar proposals, including detailed return on investment (ROI) analyses, will be a key part of the job. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets is expected. The specialist must maintain consistent follow-ups with promising leads and skillfully close sales deals.

Coordination with technical and installation teams is crucial to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Accurate daily documentation of meetings, site surveys, and client interactions must be maintained. Additionally, the specialist will provide regular progress updates and sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven experience in solar or energy sales. A strong understanding of solar systems, including basic design and installation processes, is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to effectively engage clients and close deals.

The role demands confidence in conducting fieldwork, site surveys, and client presentations. Punctuality, responsibility, and self-motivation are critical traits for success in this position. Applicants must be residents of Rawalpindi or Islamabad and must own a bike to facilitate client and site visits.
