Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecom Sales Executive to join our expanding telecommunications sales team based in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role operates during night hours from 9 PM to 5 AM. The primary focus of this position is to acquire new customers and promote a diverse range of services, including internet, cable TV, phone, and mobile offerings. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving sales growth, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, all while contributing to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities
The Telecom Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads mainly through inbound calls. You will present and sell Spectrum’s product portfolio, which includes Internet, Cable TV, Phone, and Mobile services, primarily targeting residential customers. Managing customer queries related to services and billing will be a key part of your role, ensuring that customers receive clear and accurate information.

You will conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the advantages of bundled service packages to potential customers. Managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals—is essential. Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships will help facilitate upselling opportunities and generate referrals.

Collaboration with internal teams such as customer service, technical support, and marketing is crucial to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for customers. Staying updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates will help maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally have proven experience in telecom, internet, or cable sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to succeed in this role. The ability to work independently in a target-driven environment is critical, along with an energetic and outgoing personality that supports excellent interpersonal interactions.

A basic understanding of telecom technologies and service packages is necessary to effectively explain products to customers. The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent, while a Bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage. If the role involves any fieldwork, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
