Job Summary
Luqon IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our Sales team at our Bahria Town Civic Center office in Islamabad. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about research, effective communication, and building meaningful business relationships across both local and international markets. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Managers to support business growth initiatives by identifying potential clients and nurturing long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities
The Lead Generation Executive will assist Sales Managers in conducting thorough market research to identify prospective clients, particularly in international markets. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with these clients is a critical part of the role. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating lead tracking systems or CRM tools to ensure efficient management of outreach efforts and the sales pipeline.
Supporting the preparation of tailored presentations and proposals for potential clients is another key responsibility. You will engage professionally with prospects, especially international clients, through both written and verbal communication channels, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of marketing content that supports sales efforts. This includes drafting blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and other promotional materials to enhance client engagement and brand visibility. Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential to foster collaboration and support overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. We are seeking individuals with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with excellent proficiency in written English. Candidates must be proficient in using digital tools and have a solid understanding of current market trends. Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking methodologies is required to manage client information and sales activities effectively.
Excellent analytical and research skills are necessary to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance at our Islamabad office. We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs75,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
