Cable Tray Fabricator

Job Summary
We are currently seeking experienced Cable Tray Fabricators to join our team for ongoing electrical projects at industrial and commercial sites. The ideal candidates will possess hands-on experience in fabricating and installing cable trays, demonstrating precision and the ability to interpret technical drawings effectively. This role requires close collaboration with electricians and site supervisors to ensure that all installations comply with project specifications and adhere to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure, cut, bend, and assemble cable trays in accordance with technical drawings and specific site requirements.
- Interpret fabrication and installation drawings independently to guide the fabrication process.
- Drill, punch, and modify cable trays as necessary to ensure proper fit and alignment on site.
- Maintain correct alignment, support, and spacing during installation to meet project standards.
- Work collaboratively with electricians and site supervisors to coordinate installation activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in good working condition to support efficient and safe operations.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and site guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience as a Cable Tray Fabricator, preferably within industrial or commercial project environments.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting fabrication and installation drawings without supervision.
- Skilled in using hand and power tools including grinders, cutters, and drills essential for cable tray fabrication.
- Physically fit and capable of working in demanding, on-site conditions that may require manual labor and standing for extended periods.
- Demonstrates punctuality, discipline, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Contract Terms
- Employment Type: Project-Based / Contractual
- Contract Duration: 1 to 3 months, depending on project requirements
- Work Location: On-site at Kemari
- Compensation: Competitive daily or monthly wage, commensurate with experience
- Job Nature: Temporary, Contractual position requiring in-person attendance
