This full-time role primarily involves traveling to meet clients, driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and managing key client relationships to ensure continued business success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or exceeding sales targets while broadening the customer base. Set clear sales objectives and provide accurate forecasts for annual quotas within assigned regions. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain sales volume and ensure competitive pricing. Adjust selling prices as necessary in response to cost fluctuations and market competition. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market channels. Manage operations in accordance with principal requirements and negotiate competitive rates with carriers. Focus on customer retention by achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets. Prepare and submit weekly sales activity reports to support overall team performance. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster ongoing business growth.

Job Details
