Handyman (Casual Staff)

A reputable organization in the development sector is seeking a reliable and physically fit Handyman to join their team in Quetta, Pakistan. This casual, on-call position offers a daily wage of Rs 2252 and involves managing warehouse inventory, assisting with packaging and order preparation, and supporting facility maintenance. The role requires someone comfortable with physical tasks, able to stand for extended periods, and capable of maintaining cleanliness and order within both office and warehouse environments. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Stock Management: Prepare and complete orders accurately according to delivery notes by counting, packing, and loading items properly. Package and label products correctly to ensure smooth dispatch. Receive, unload, count, and store warehouse stock following supervisory instructions. Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate records and update bin cards accordingly. Monitor and record daily temperature readings using thermometers to ensure proper storage conditions. Inspect electrical boards, switches, bulbs, and air conditioning units regularly to confirm they are functioning correctly. Identify and promptly report any damaged, lost, or missing materials. Organize and store stock systematically based on specifications and batch numbers.

Cleaning and Facility Maintenance: Perform daily cleaning duties in the warehouse and office, including dusting and maintaining all areas inside and outside the premises. Ensure that doors and locks are securely closed before leaving the facility to maintain security.

Fleet and Administrative Support: Maintain accuracy in rental car logbooks, including recording odometer readings. Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to enhance operational efficiency and support the team.

Adherence to Organizational Policies: Fully understand and implement the organization’s policies on gender equality, child protection, and safeguarding. Required Qualifications

- Matriculation certificate.
